Promalting/Yingtai Attended 2023 BrauBeviale
Promalting/Yingtai attended the 2023 BrauBeviale which held on November 28–30, 2023 Nurnberg, Germany which unites variety – for the beverage industry.
During the exhibition, we met many new and old customers and had many in-depth exchanges with our customers about malting projects.
And our Drum Malting and Roasting Systems have been written in the book of MALT which is published by ASBC (The American Society of Brewing Chemists) shown on the BrauBeviale. It’s written by Dr. Xiang S. Yin. “MALT-Practical Brewing Science”-this book is known as the “Encyclopedia of the Malting Industry” and “Gold Mine of Malting. I suggest you find this book and read it if you have the chance.
