New Generation of Automatic Malting Systems from Promalting

Promalting's engineers have been dedicated to the R&D and design of malting systems for more than 30 years. Driven by the rapidly increasing production and consumption of craft malt for craft beer, they began to develop and manufacture new generation of automated malting systems for small to medium sized malthouses and malting companies.

Designed specifically for modern malthouses and breweries, promalting systems enable automated control of key malting processes and malt roasting, including barley steeping, germination, malt turning, drying, and roasting. Based on selected process parameters, promalting systems monitor and regulate temperature, humidity, airflow, water addition, and malting processing time.

Promalting start to provide modular& scalable drum malting systems and professional malt roasting systems from 2016. Since then, we have exported the new systems to USA, France, Uruguay, Scotland, Canada, Japan Australia, etc.
