BCM500/1000 Tank Craft Malting System is an integrated compact malting system, which allows barley steeping, germination, kilning and roasting performed in the same vessel. The full malting process was designed to finish within one single tank vessel for micro malt producers, craft breweries, distilleries and R‑D laboratories , etc.
Batch handling capacity is 500kg and 1000kg barley.
The process management and the malting recipe (including process time, temperature programmed etc.) will be determined by the operator of the plant. The system will run according to the recipe.
