In order to expand the use of domestically produced malt in the production of beer and whiskey, Japan National Tax Agency is organizing research into malting equipment and technology that can be utilized by small and medium-sized craft beer producers, as well as clarifying the necessary costs.

In this seminar, they will discuss what kind of malting machinery to use, how to operate it, how to learn the techniques, how much it costs to produce domestic malt, etc. Based on the results of research, we will conduct commissioned research. A person will directly serve as a seminar lecturer and provide useful information on the use of domestic malt.
