2 people, because the love and passion of beer and malt, they came together. From the simple pot to now they already have their own Brewing Equipment, Malting Equipment, and Distillation Equipment. They are not very influential in South America but also in the world! Today let’s take a look at their development story.

Cabesas Bier is a craft brewery that was born in Tacuarembó, Uruguay in 2008. Their passion for making beers has driven them to believe in constant improvement and learning. They have a fermentation and maturation capacity of 150,000 liters per month.

Cabesas Malz was born in 2022 under the motto "Artisan is born in the earth." They firmly believe that good beer starts with high quality malt. Its objective is to control the seed from its sowing in the field until it reaches the glass. They are the first independent artisanal malthouse in Uruguay equipped with rotary drum technology, with a production capacity of 80 tons per month of base and special malts.

They have a fully equipped laboratory to analyze the key parameters that guarantee a first-class malt, along with constant monitoring to ensure maximum quality in each batch.

Cabesas Hell was born in the pandemic from the solidarity initiative of making gel alcohol by adapting the facilities of its brewery. Analyzing the market trends inclined towards the consumption of distillates, the idea of acquiring a copper still to make gin and whiskey arose. This year they inaugurated equipment with a capacity of 500 liters per batch in their distillery.

I am often ignited by their passion and admire their friendship. Pursuing dreams is part of our philosophy and led us to build this path that we enjoy madly... and that the craziness with FRIENDS has a different flavor: they make the path a constant fun and the obstacles quickly transform into challenges where each one puts his head to be able to surpass them.
