A New Complete 10Tons Drum Craft Malting System Installed in Europe

We are so glad to share that the installation for another new 10Tons drum craft malting system will have a new home in Europe this year.  

Santa obviously works year-round, and sometimes he has to replace the sleigh with alternative vehicles. In any case, our customer had a very exciting package in one Europe port.

Wow, a week has passed since seven 40-foot containers and two oversize items (Steeping Tank + Germination &Kilning Unity Drum) arrived in our customer’s port by container ship. They had spent the days playing inverse 3D Tetris with all the equipment in the containers, carefully studying assembly drawings, looking for screws of the right size, and finally hoisting into place around a third of the total of 70 tonnes of steel. The Steeping Tank arrived on a special trailer with a follow-up car, the crane truck drivers passed the general test successfully who helped them done the difficult delivery and lifting.

It will be a great time to help our customers build their new malting plants as they expected or achieve their expansion. Make the malting production much more automatically and increase the capacity to produce enough malts for your local customers, like the breweries or distilleries.
